5. Payments & Billing

Payments must be made on time as per the agreed plan or invoice.
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. No Guaranteed Results
While we use proven strategies and AI technologies, Med Spa Momentum LLC does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to leads, sales, revenue, or rankings. Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All tools, processes, strategies, and automation systems developed by Med Spa Momentum LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
You retain ownership of your original content and data.
You may not resell, copy, or redistribute our systems without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business or technical information shared during the engagement, unless required by law.
We do not share your personal data/information, including first name, last name, email, and phone number, with third-party vendors or companies for their independent marketing use.
We may disclose your information when required by law or government request, or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of others.
9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms, including AI tools, CRMs, messaging services, advertising platforms, and analytics tools.
Med Spa Momentum LLC is not responsible for:
Downtime or changes in third-party services
Data loss caused by third-party platforms
Policy violations caused by external providers
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Med Spa Momentum LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the last 30 days.
